The Quad 2

The Quad 2 follows the successful delivery of the Quad Phase 1 scheme, both located on Butterfield Business Park. Jefferson Sheard Architects are providing full Architectural services to develop part of the land on the Business Park to allow for 4 new speculative Industrial units similar in style to those delivered for Phase 1.

A key driver of the scheme is to achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Good’. This has influenced elements of the design and delivery to ensure this is attained.

This scheme continues our successful relationship with HBD on the Butterfield Business Park development.

Each unit includes ample car, cycle and motorcycle parking spaces as well as space for goods vehicles to access the warehouse / production areas and well planned access and exit layouts to maximise the site usage and ensure safe efficient operations. The Units will each allow for 10% of the gross internal ground floor area of first floor accommodation as office space.
