“The Quad” marks the completion of Phase 1 of the extensive development at Butterfield Business Park in Luton.

This first phase consists of 82,000sqft of commercial floor space, split across 10 units for flexible uses (B1(c), B2 and B8). These buildings will act as a catalyst for continued growth across the wider site whilst contributing positively to the already established commercial premises within the business park.
