The proposed development is located at a prominent site in Kingston Town Centre and replaces an existing 3 storey building at the corner of Old London Road and Wheatfield Way.

The new five storey building with basement will provide a total of 58 student bedrooms comprising entirely of studio units each with their own kitchenette and en-suites that sit above a ground floor retail/restaurant space. Communal spaces for students are located at basement level with a communal terrace area situated at fourth floor.

Externally the building is clad in a variety of materials including high gloss, green, ceramic tiles, corten steel, specialist brickwork and grey aluminium cladding panels.
