Established in 2015, CIF is an OJEU compliant construction framework with an emphasis on social value. Ethical drivers underpin the framework, with the strategy being to procure whilst simultaneously investing in initiatives that relieve pressures on the public sector, harnessing social value “to make communities safer, stronger, healthier and economically active”. A proportion of profits is re-invested from construction projects to those who are integral in our communities.

The framework covers the North West of the UK and CIF clients include NHS Foundation Trusts, Universities, Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
