We’ve been given the go ahead on a key housing scheme at Caunt Road, Grantham for our client L & H Homes (part of the Longhurst Group).
The development will consist of 31 affordable homes spread over a 1.3 acre site. The scheme incorporates a mix of 25 two and three bed houses and a small block of flats comprising of six one-bedroom dwellings which are split between affordable rent and shared ownership.
The site is located adjacent to a range of recently completed residential development which has helped to inform our choice of materials to ensure the scheme sits comfortably within the local vernacular.
