The care home is located in a coastal setting and encompasses 72 beds with en-suite facilities, specialist dementia care, staff accommodation, spacious lounge / dining areas, hairdressers, library, therapy suite, cinema and pub.

The building is surrounded by engaging landscaped gardens with links to outdoor space integrated throughout the plan, maximising internal/external connection for residents, and providing superb sea views. The design and finish of the building has been performed with the focus on creating a luxurious pleasant environment for the guests whilst also encompassing practical considerations of the operator.
