Meter Provida Headquarters
We designed the 40,000 sq.ft unit accommodating the purpose built headquarters for Meter Provida, the UK’s leading independent smart, gas, water and electric metering specialists.
Following our successful Master-planning of the estate, we were commissioned by Henry Boot Developments and Derbyshire County Council to design the first unit on the 200 acre Markham Vale business and distribution park at J29A off the M1 at Chesterfield.
The B2/B8 unit includes manufacturing space, warehouse, reception area, offices / training rooms and associated landscaping and 65 car parking spaces. The two storey scheme was completed in a 26 week build programme.
