As a world leader in the manufacture of aircraft seating, Ipeco’s brief required detailed and individual specification. This included incorporating specialist wastewater treatment facilities and manufacturing equipment as well as 2500m² of office space over 2 floors.

Size was a critical factor in order to provide the required accommodation with the building delivering 11,300m² - enough space to swallow Wembley Stadium’s pitch one and a half times and still have room to spare.
