Howard Court, Residents Amenity Space
Jefferson Sheard Architects have been commissioned to design and deliver the resident’s lounge and coworking space for residents of Howard Court apartment building, in High Wycombe, London.
The design brief was to provide a comfortable and relaxed environment for the residents, including flexible space for informal business meetings and management suite. The design incorporates a green living feature wall and use of natural materials to soften the indoor ambiance. The scope included the design and delivery of the reception area, flexible social and work areas, private dining room, gym, Wexer room and changing facilities.
