The local authority had identified an urgent need for affordable housing in this area and so we worked quickly to meet tight planning deadlines and construction programme. The dwellings are surrounded by ample green space, emphasising a spacious and relaxing feel. The homes were constructed to meet the standards of the Code for Sustainable Homes – Level 3, employing a very efficient timber frame thermal envelope.
