We are recruiting: Senior Architectural Technician / Technologists

We have an opportunity to join our award-winning Architects Practice, with studios and projects covering the whole of the UK. Initially you will take a lead role as part of our residential delivery team for schemes in Manchester and Liverpool.

Jefferson Sheard Architect’s offers the opportunity to work within a varied range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, Transport and Healthcare.

Successful applicants should demonstrate the following skills and qualities:

• Minimum 5 Years’ experience
• Experience in delivering and running projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or supported by a team
• Excellent technical design skills
• Experience and ability to produce comprehensive working drawing packages
• Proven ability of running projects across technical work stages
• Experience of working on UK developments with good knowledge of the Building Regulations
