This coincides with our recent achievement of Gateway 2 Approval from the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) on The Rubik, a new-build student accommodation in Southampton. This milestone represents one of the first Gateway 2 approvals for a modular new-build scheme in the UK. We delivered Architectural Services alongside fulfilling the CDM and Building Regulations Principal Designer roles. This approval builds on a series of successful Gateway 2 submissions where we served as both Architect and Principal Designer.
