Posted by Joe Dickeson Board Director

Planning approval has been granted by Luton Borough Council for a new 73,000sqft storage and distribution unit designed by Jefferson Sheard Architects, located at Luton Butterfield Business Park.

The building comprises of 3,000sqft high quality office space and incorporates large cold storage facility within the warehouse space. A generous service yard with multiple dock leveller access is provided at the rear of the building.

The new unit is the second phase of the new development programme underway at the Business Park and sits adjacent to the Phase 1 site which is currently under construction. This marks another successful collaboration with our client Henry Boot Developments Ltd.

The park located five miles from JC10 of the M1 and Luton Airport is already occupied by an Innovation Centre, Office Business Village, Hilton Garden Inn Hotel and a 1000,000sqft HQ - research and development facility for Eaton Power.
