A New Commission from iCaSH

Posted by Peter S. Whitlam Associate Director

We have been commissioned by Serco ASP on the behalf of NHS Cambridgeshire Community Services to design a new iCaSH Clinic (Integrated Contraception and Sexual Health) in Bedford.

Bedford is the latest town in which the iCaSH brand has secured their bid to deliver the service.

The project entails the retrofit of a 1970’s bank building and adjacent former retail units on Cauldwell Street to create 6 clinic spaces, 2 counselling rooms, pharmacy, laboratory and ancillary rooms.

After undertaking a feasibility for Serco ASP for an iCaSH in Luton, we have been commissioned directly on the Bedford scheme. We have recent experience of working with Serco ASP and NHS CCS - designing the first iCaSH Clinic in Peterborough, the model of which has since been used to develop a further 6 clinics across the East of England.

We’re currently working towards getting the scheme on site with an anticipated completion date of Winter 2016.
